About Minky Promise

I was first introduced to minky when I went to visit my brother and sister-in-law at their home one night after a long day of work. My sister-in-law's mother had recently gifted her a brand new minky blanket and I saw it sitting so beautifully on their couch. So naturally I had to feel just how soft and wonderful this minky blanket was. And well.. After such a long day at work this blanket quickly became mine for the night. Then after the best movie night with my brother and sister-in-law, that is how my love for minky blankets was sparked. 

 

As my desire for my own minky blanket grew more and more of a need I finally purchased one for more money than I had ever spent on one item in my life! I have zero regrets for making that purchase because I just love minky blankets that much, but as my love and addiction to minky blankets grew I knew I couldn't afford this obsession.

 

So I did my research online and found ways I could purchase the minky fabrics needed to make my very own minky blanket. And when I talk about having a minky obsession I mean it. The first minky blanket I ever made was a California-King sized comforter. 

 

Then the love for such soft minky blankets never stopped growing, and that is how Minky Promise came to be.
